Project Overview
A full structural BIM model developed for a multi-storey commercial building in Mumbai. Delivered at LOD 400 with complete reinforcement detailing, clash coordination with MEP, and construction-ready documentation.
Scope
- Structural Revit model covering foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and shear walls
- Clash detection with architectural and MEP models using Navisworks
- Structural drawings and section sheets generated directly from the model
- Quantity take-off for concrete and steel
Outcome
Clash coordination reduced RFIs by 40% during construction phase. All structural sheets were issued directly from the BIM model with no manual CAD redrawing.
